About the Founder

Stephanie Machado-Jenkins

I’m a licensed clinical social worker serving as a Master Clinician, field instructor, and trainer. Personal struggles, disappointment and burnout are not unfamiliar to me. I have experienced and overcome the loss of creativity, and the inability to innovate that comes with professional burnout. I have a degree from the  University of Southern California, and 20+ years of practical, professional experience. My expertise in engaging private clients, addressing agencies in crisis, and a demand for high quality field instruction led to the founding of Innovations, Inc.

I meet my clients with empathy and understanding and I hold them accountable for the growth that they ultimately seek. I am passionate about helping individuals, organizations and other mental health professionals develop their values and bring about a shared vision of excellence.
